Die Position

Wir suchen eine/n motivierte/n Entrepreneur in Residence (w/m/d), die/der unser Unternehmen unterstützt und das Wachstum der gesamten Organisation fördert. 

In deiner täglichen Arbeit fokussierst du dich auf die Optimierung von Schlüsselprozessen zusammen mit unserem Growth Team und leistest einen wertvollen Beitrag zu verschiedensten, spannenden Projektvorhaben.
Sei verantwortlich für
  • Die operative  Exzellenz in unserem Unternehmen, indem du eng mit dem Managementteam und den operativen Abteilungen zusammenarbeitest
  • Die Unterstützung der Gründer sowie dem Growth Team in allen operativen und prozessbezogenen Angelegenheiten (Organisation, Finanzen, HR, Marketing) und Leitung eigener Projekte
  • Die Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Workflow-Automatisierung und deren Implementierung, um den Skalierungsprozess zu erleichtern
  • Die strategische Unterstützung der verschiedenen Abteilungen des Unternehmens durch Ad-hoc-Projekte, wo und wann es am nötigsten ist
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium in den Bereichen BWL, VWL, Data Science, Marketing oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Berufserfahrung (auch Praktika/Studentenjobs zählen hier) in der Start-up- oder Beratungsbranche
  • Starkes analytisches Denken gepaart mit einer kreativen Ader für pragmatische Problemlösungen und Belastbarkeit im Umgang mit Herausforderungen
  • Du hast Spaß an Struktur und Organisation sowie am Verstehen komplexer Prozesse und Abläufe und gehen Ihre Arbeit mit viel Eigenverantwortung an
  • Hands-on-Mentalität 
  • Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten zur Prioritätensetzung und Organisation sowie über die Fähigkeit, mit internen und externen Beteiligten effektiv zu kommunizieren.
  • Neugierde, Proaktivität und die Bereitschaft, mit wachsender Verantwortung eine starke Lernkurve zu durchlaufen
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

About the Job
We are looking for a motivated Entrepreneur in Residence (f/m/d) to join our company and foster growth across the entire organisation. 
In your day-day-work, you will work alongside our Growth Team on the optimisation of key processes, and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.
In this role, you will
  • Drive operational excellence across our organization by closely collaborating with the management team as well as operational departments 
  • Support the Founders as well as the Growth Team in all operational and process-related matters (Organization, Finance, HR, Marketing) and manage your own projects
  • Identify opportunities for workflow automation  and implement them in order to facilitate the scaling process
  • Strategically support the company's various departments through ad-hoc projects where and when it is most needed
  • Function as the sparring partner for the team and have a visible impact in the future of ExpressGroup
Your profile
  • You completed your Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, data science, marketing or other comparable field
  • Ideally, you gained some work experience (internships/ student jobs also count here) in the start-up or consulting industry
  • You have a strong analytical mind paired with a creative vein for pragmatic problem solving and resilience when dealing with challenges
  • You enjoy structure and organisation as well as understanding complex processes and workflows, and you tackle your work with a great sense of ownership
  • You approach each topic with a hands-on mentality while maintaining a holistic view
  • You have excellent prioritisation and organisational skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • You are curious, proactive and eager to experience a strong learning curve with growing responsibilities
  • Fluency in both written and spoken German and English
