Die Position

Wir suchen eine/n Product Owner (w/m/d) für unser Unternehmen, die/der als Bindeglied zwischen unseren Fachabteilungen und Entwicklungsteams fungiert. 

In deiner täglichen Arbeit, kollaborierst du mit verschiedenen Stakeholders aus unseren operativen Teams zusammenarbeiten, und leistest einen wertvollen Beitrag zu verschiedensten, spannenden Projektvorhaben.

Sei verantwortlich für
  • Den Aufbau und Pflege eines kundenorientierten User Flows durch kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Customer Journey in der Steuer-App, in Zusammenarbeit mit einem erfahrenen Entwicklerteam 
  • Die Erstellung einer Produktvision und einer darauf aufbauenden Roadmap zur Visualisierung des Produktentwicklungsprozesses
  • Das Brainstorming von Produktentwicklungsideen mit dem IT-Team und Durchführung von Umfragen, A/B-Tests oder Nutzertests zur Validierung deiner Hypothesen
  • Die regelmäßige Überprüfung und Überwachung aller relevanten KPIs, um den Erfolg der Produktentwicklung sicherzustellen 
  • Die Beaufsichtigung und Verwaltung der Produktanforderungen und deren Übersetzung in handhabbare Aufgaben für das Entwicklungsteam 
  • Definition von klaren Zielen und Aufgaben mit dem Ziel, User Stories und Features zu verfeinern

Dein Profil
  • 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung als Product Owner oder Product Manager 
  • Erfahrung mit Produktanalysetools (z. B. Heap)
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit einem B2C-Produkt im FinTech-Bereich oder in einer vergleichbaren Branche 
  • Fähigkeit zur effektiven Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, d. h. Kollegen aus der IT-Abteilung sowie Produktnutzern (Kunden)
  • Agile Denkweise und die Bereitschaft, die Verantwortung für die gesamte Customer Journey zu übernehmen
  • Nutzerzentrierte Denkweise, kombiniert mit einem lösungsorientierten Denkstil 
  • Fähigkeit, sowohl unabhängig als auch in Zusammenarbeit mit einem Team zu arbeiten
  • Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse

About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner (f/m/d) to join our company and be the link between our business departments and development teams.

In your day-to-day work, you will make sure our business goals are translated into clear and actionable items for our development team, and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.
In this role, you will
  • Build and maintain a customer-focused User Flow through ongoing development and optimisation of the customer journey on the tax app, in collaboration with a highly experienced team of developers 
  • Create a product vision and subsequent roadmap to visualise the product development journey
  • Brainstorm product development ideas with the IT team and conducting surveys, A/B tests or user tests to validate your hypotheses
  • Regularly review and monitor all relevant KPIs to ensure the success of the product development journey 
  • Oversee and manage evolving product requirements and translate them into manageable tasks for the development team 
  • Define clear goals and tasks with the aim of refining user stories and features
Your profile
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager 
  • Expertise working with Product Analytic tools (i.e. Heap)
  • Ideally, first experience working with a B2C product in the FinTech space or in a comparable industry 
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, i.e. colleagues from the IT department as well as product users (customers)
  • An agile mindset and willingness to take ownership of the end-to-end customer journey
  • A user-centric mindset, combined with an out-of-the-box, solution-oriented thinking style 
  • Ability to both work independently and in collaboration with a team as needed
  • Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken)
